Packs to top finishers (prize pool = 2 packs/head). 1st place wins a set of Jones Magic Label Sodas. Additional random awards of Jones Magic soda throughout the day. EDH Decks contain 99 cards + 1 General for a total of 100 cards in their deck. Players must choose a legendary creature as the "General" for their deck. No Proxys. Sleeves are Required.

Magic that's all about fun and comradery. Competitiveness is great - we do play to win in our group games - but we're also here for creativity, card variety, and spending a fun night with friends. Here's a chance to try a new combo, or pull out that favorite, forgotten deck that you won't see in a highly competitive setting. We encourage a light-hearted approach that's open to beginners as well as old hands. Appropriate for younger players.

Each month we'll have a specific cardpool & format that you will use to construct a group game deck, and test in the cauldron of a Free-For-All! How would you build a deck that can include only one Ravnica Guild? What's your choice for a 100-card single-color Highlander deck? Break out the dusty collections, we're going to find out how creative you are! Join us and help choose future Fabled Formats, or suggest your own.

Description:

Draft as usual, but the play is a Free-For-All group game, all players for themselves! GGD is a fun way for new or returning players to play for an hour (or two!) and find greater use of a variety of cards in a fun, easy-going game. Play defense, attack multiple players at once, or use big & slow cards better than ever before! GGD can also be a great new challenge for skilled drafters: how do you defeat 5 opponents at once? Prizes for top 3 players in a 6-player game.

Booster Draft Land Policy:

GENERAL INFO:

This is the sixth of what has become a recurring monthly or bi-monthly legacy tournament series at Dream Wizards! We alternate between sanctioned and 10-proxy formats so that both experienced players and newcomers to the format can enjoy Legacy. All proxies must be written cleanly in permanent marker on basic land cards.
