| Entry Fee: $30 Cash (Includes 1 Tournament Pack & 2 boosters) |
| Format: Sealed using Shards of Alara. |
| Tournament Structure: Modified Swiss. Main Rounds are Swiss; every player may participate in all rounds no matter if he/she wins or loses. 50 minutes per round. Rounds are best 2 out of 3 games. After Swiss rounds are complete the top 8 players advance to Finals. Finalists will Booster Draft using 3 Shards packs. Single-elimination Finals. |
| Prizes: 1st place: Invitation & air fare to Pro Tour Kyoto. Booster packs awarded to top finishers based on attendance. Additional Prizes: If you've never attended a Pro Tour this prize is for you - receive 1 pack prize when you win a round against any Pro Tour player. |
| Card Sleeve Policy: Sleeves are are recommended. If you choose to use them, sleeves must be opaque, solid colored, unillustrated, & not overly reflective or holographic. Your sleeves should be free of defects, excess wear, & other noticeable markings. If you have any questions or concerns about the legality of your sleeves, please talk with the head judge of the event. |
| Notes: Players must bring pen, paper & appropriate counters. Sleeves will be available for sale on site. |
| Trading: Trading cards is fine, however, buying/selling cards with anyone except for our authorized dealer(s), or soliciting to do so elsewhere, is strictly forbidden at this event. Failure to obey this rule may result in both the buyer and the seller being removed from the event without refund. We do not permit the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for the purpose of transporting excessive amounts of trade stock. |

Format: Standard Constructed. REL 24K - Decklists required. Constructed decks contain a minimum of 60 cards. If a player wishes to use a sideboard, it must contain exactly fifteen cards. With the exception of basic land cards (Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, & Forest), a player’s combined deck and sideboard may not contain more than 4 of any individual card. Card sets permitted: Magic 2010, Shards of Alara, Conflux, Alara Reborn, Zendikar. |
