A POP ID is required to earn league prizes. We can provide you with a POP ID card to be filled out at league. This is completely free.

Description:

The Pokémon League is a great way for players of all ages to get together and hone their skills in a casual setting for both the trading card game and video games. Players are responsible for finding someone to play at league as they will not be paired by the person running the event. League members are rewarded for playing games, win or lose. The more you play, the more you earn!

The 2010-2011 Pokeathlon league is comprised of five 4-5 week seasons. Players can earn exclusive promo cards. If you meet more specific goals, you can even earn exclusive Pokemon patches! Prizes are awarded on a first come, first served basis as prize supplies are limited. Attend league often to ensure you get the prizes you've earned! You can also get one TCG card or other Pokemon-themed items, like stickers, for every game you play.

Every week there will be an optional League Survey question available. You can earn 1 extra stamp for answering it. All answers will be confidential. Plus, you get to know that your opinions will help improve local events!

Trading Card Game Rules:

All trades may be approved by a League Leader at the request of either trader. Unapproved trades are allowed, but are not considered final until the end of the league session. If either trader is dissatisfied with an unapproved trade and wishes to trade back, before the end of that day's session, they must be allowed to do so, regardless of card condition, additional trades, or other problems. If you do not want to risk having to trade back the cards you traded for, ask a League Leader to approve your trades. Players who refuse to follow these rules may be banned from trading at this league.

Video Game Rules:

All Pokemon are allowed. Players should agree ahead of time what other rules to play by. If you think that someone may be using an illegal team, ask a League Leader to check their Pokemon. Players using hacked Pokemon will NOT receive credit for the games they play. These rules are subject to change.
