Special Event: A Heroclix Memorial for Pete “eboladude” Newman
Join Pete’s friends for a memorial service as Pete would have wanted it
– playing clix and talking comics. Whether you knew Pete or not, your
participation in this event will help honor his memory.

Where:
Dream Wizards,
When:
December 30 at 1PM
Heroclix Scenario:
Kicking it Old School

Team Build:
220 points unrestricted. That’s the standard 200 points plus the 10%
that Pete always needed to fit in his favorite figure. (2 actions per
turn).
No cardboard. That means no bystanders, no feats, no battlefield
conditions, and no special objects (3D special objects are still
permitted)
One more change. You know that “No action after taxi” rule? Forget it.
It’s gone for this event.

Special Rule – Pete often had trouble making an attack hit. At this
event, we offer the following opportunity (to supplement fund raising).
Players may reroll any attack roll as many times as they wish, at the
cost of $1.00 per roll. Obviously, characters which can use Probability
Control naturally can do so normally at no cost. The $1.00 is for extra
rerolls that may be necessary.

Prizes:
During your match, you will be tracking a number of game
conditions. People will score the number of times they roll a critical
miss, how many times they miss their target by one, and other such
craziness. Prizes will be awarded to folks who end up channeling Pete’s
down-on-his-luck spirit the most.

Silent Auction
Various WizKids product, primarily Heroclix, will be available for
auction at the event. Other materials to be included as available. To
donate items for this fund raiser, please contact Norman Barth at
RememberEboladude@gmail.com

Food Drive
This season is difficult for those in need. Please help out by bringing
any canned goods. Donations will be collected and given to SOME.
